Dividend policy

We prioritize distributing profits to shareholders, making it a key management policy. To achieve this, we have adopted the Dividend on Equity (DOE) ratio as a benchmark for dividend payments. This indicator enhances the transparency of our policy to consistently pay high dividends while maintaining the Zuken Group’s strong financial position. Our guideline is to pay annual dividends of at least 5% of the consolidated shareholders’ equity at the beginning of each fiscal year.
